“Relationships help us to define who we are and what we can become. Most of us can trace our successes to pivotal relationships.”

A truly motivated and engaged workforce is significantly more productive, where talented and high potential individuals are inspired and retained. This creates a high performance culture and in turn delivers commercial value. This is a people-centric approach to Leadership with bottom-up autonomy and purpose, reducing the need for top-down management and supervision. Cajetan works with businesses to help them maximise motivation and engagement and to empower their employees, creating a healthy culture of performance across the organisation.

Cajetan delivers unique and impactful programs in a variety of forms to suit budgets and reach. This includes 1:1 Coaching, group coaching, team workshops, manager workshops, master-mind groups and learning sessions.

Areas of expertise include Leadership, Motivation, Influence, Confidence, Transition, Impact and Resilience. We work predominantly with firms within the financial and professional services industries, mostly in the banking, hedge fund, fintech, private equity, venture capital, insurance, recruitment and law sectors

“There is no passion to be found playing small – in settling for a life that is less than the one you are capable of living”

Prior to founding Cajetan in 2016, Simon had a 20-year career in sales and sales management predominantly selling technology solutions into the world’s largest banks, brokers, fund managers and hedge funds in the UK, Europe and Asia.  A career pivot in 2010 took him into the vastly different arena of the book publishing industry, but again with a focus on sales management and business development.

Cajetan began life as an executive search business, however, conversations with successful, City-based, sales-focused candidates kept following a pattern: their primary motive for a move was not about money, but about purpose and meaning.  Simon’s interest was piqued, and the business evolved from helping companies to find talent to helping them keep it, specifically looking at motivation and its relationship to employee engagement and performance.

Simon holds a First-Class business degree from the University of Salford, is a Certified Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, a Licensed Practitioner of Motivational Maps and a Certified Practitioner of EQ-i 2.0 and EQ360.

Georgie Dickins is a sought-after Coach and Mentor in London, who practices globally, both in person and virtually. Her clients are top performers, successful entrepreneurs, ascending stars and high-level leaders in fintech, financial and professional services.

Her corporate clients include Liquidity Edge, R3, Tradeweb, JPMorgan, Phoenix Group, Barclays and Schroders Private Wealth.

Before becoming a coach, Georgie had a 20-year career in the City, holding senior client-facing roles at JP Morgan, Reuters and ICAP. She has a business degree from Loughborough University and is an Accredited Practitioner of Transformational Coaching.

What’s it like to be coached by Georgie? A fintech CEO says “she’s my secret weapon. She gets my world.” Others refer to her as “impactful and at the top of her field.” And results? C-suite clients describe their outcomes as “inspirational” and “transformational.”

As a powerful coach for extraordinary people, Georgie practices what she preaches. Every year she exercises her own discomfort and uncertainty muscles. This has included a sky dive, the NYC marathon, climbing Crib Goch – a knife-edged arête – and this year, cycling from Amsterdam to Suffolk in 50 mph cross winds. When she’s not coaching, stretching her comfort zone, or running after her two highly energetic sons, she’s enjoying a large glass of Malbec with friends.

What’s in a name?

St Cajetan (1480-1547) was an Italian Catholic priest who became the patron saint of job seekers and risk takers.

“If you think you can do a thing or you think you can’t do a thing, you’re right”
