What We Do

1:1 Coaching Programs

Our coaching programs deliver transformational outcomes for senior leaders through a combination of deep reflection, strategic action planning, and tailored development. These are structured as 6-month blocks, with coaching delivered in weekly or bi-weekly sessions to suit the client and context. A program will typically include tri-partite goal-setting, a 360 feedback review, leadership diagnostics and intra-session support and resources.

360 Feedback Review

One of the biggest de-railers for leaders can
be a lack of understanding of their effectiveness and impact on others – both positive and negative. Our 360 Feedback Review process is undertaken as a series of structured stakeholder interviews, the output of which is combined thematically into an insightful report. We methodically de-brief the report with the client in order for them to integrate the key findings into an impactful development plan going forwards.

Leadership Diagnostics

Diagnostics can be incredibly helpful in unlocking and supporting a leader’s journey of self-discovery - uncovering the patterns of behaviour that subconsciously drive and motivate them to behave in certain ways. We are Certified Practitioners of EQI (Emotional Intelligence) 2.0, Integrative Enneagram and Mojo. We run and de-brief these diagnostics with our clients to help them understand what might be holding then back from being even better communicators, influencers and motivators of others.

Leadership Programs

We design and deliver programs to equip leaders with the mindset, behaviours and skills to more effectively manage, motivate and inspire their people, to drive performance and deliver results. We emphasise real-world application and experimentation, over dry theory. Our programs are built around cohorts of 6-18 and are typically delivered over a 6-month period, combining workshop sessions with Leadership Diagnostics, peer learning and bite-sized 1:1 coaching.  

Team Building & Performance

We are experts in practical and fast-acting team development utilising a team diagnostic called Meta Team. Meta Team provides a data-driven way for teams and organizations to better understand their collective impact, to enhance collaboration and build resilience. We de-brief this insight with the team and leader and then identify, sequence and deliver a series of “Workouts” which will equip team with the specific high-impact habits needed to accelerate performance gains.

 

Masterclasses

We deliver impactful and engaging Masterclasses (virtually or in-person) for teams or groups where specific challenges or developmental areas have been identified.  We bring industry experience and relatability, as well as practical tools and concepts, to highly participative sessions of typically 60-180 minutes. Recent topics have included: Mastering Difficult Conversations, Building a High Impact Network, and Mastering the Art of Powerful Communication.

Keynote Speaking 

As a published author and well-known leadership expert, Georgie Dickins (Cajetan Co-Founder) is a regular keynote speaker at industry events, leadership offsites and town halls. She can design and deliver an engaging and insightful keynote to form the centre piece of any event. Recent topics have included: “Leadership Excellence In The Modern Day World”, “Harnessing the Habits Of Extraordinary Leadership” and “Self-leadership; A Superpower for Thriving in Today’s Volatile World”.

Offsite Design & Facilitation 

A well-designed and facilitated offsite is an important opportunity to bring a team together, to foster togetherness, create cohesion and boost productivity, which is especially critical for remote, hybrid, and globally-distributed teams. We bring extensive experience in partnering with our clients to deliver engaging, collaborative,  thought-provoking and cost-effective events, for small teams to larger groups.

Fireside/Panel Discussions

As a published author, leadership expert and experienced C-suite coach, Georgie Dickins (Cajetan Co-Founder) is a regular moderator of panel discussions and fireside conversations at industry events, leadership offsites and company town halls. Georgie brings a highly engaging energy and style, a unique combination of humour and curiosity which puts panellists and leaders at ease, affording them space to shine in the spotlight as they share their insights and knowledge.
